CONSULTING

Our consulting process is a coordinated effort between your church and her leaders and Vital Signs. We look at each participating church with fresh eyes, knowing that they are all novel with each having unique characteristics and issues facing them. By doing this we are able to personalize our approach and individualize a specific plan for their church which will empower them to be healthy and fruitful. This personalized process helps each congregation to its giftedness and talents. Generally, our consulting ranges from a single day to a long-term commitment, which can be stretched out over a significant period of time. We aim to find the quickest route to success.

COACHING

Today we are aware that coaches are used in the gym, on the sport field and in the business world. Vital Signs also sees the need for coaches in the church life as well. Because Vital Signs caters to small to mid-size churches, we have resources available for these pastors to be coached and encouraged so that they do not feel as though they are a lone ranger trying to do everything by themselves. Vital Signs is also able to provide various resources, which can impact the solo pastor in their ministry. Vital Signs coaching has the ability to meet with pastors individually on their own time schedule.
